1. Book Early

When it rains, it pours in Vegas, literally and figuratively. If you are looking for a party bus in Vegas so are 500 other visitors and locals. There will be weeks when no one is looking for a party bus then the next week we can be completely booked everyday. Visitors should take note they are competing against locals who have their own events- prom, homecoming, graduations- and only a few true party buses operate in Vegas. Don’t put off chartering a party bus until the last minute.

2. Know the size of your party

Party buses come in all sizes and configurations.  It is better to have too small of a party bus than too big of a party bus. In most situations this would not be the case, but a party bus should feel small enough that it encourages everyone to interact. Partiers forget bench seating is de rigueur on Vegas party buses and railing at the top provides more capacity for those wanting to stand. Internal pictures of party buses listed on every website overestimate the need for space; as if Vegas visitors travel in packs of 30 and you will by undoubtedly lose a few people, through no fault of your own.
